P S Kamat memorial District level Inter-Collegiate debate competition is aimed at increasing the awareness about the need for ensuring Liberty, Equality, Justice and Dignity to all women on par with men. Women who constitute about half of the population of our country need to encouraged and empower in all possible way so that, they contribute to make India a great nation. The competition is meant for sensitizing the youths about the atrocities and heinous crime committed against women; the ways and means to stop them and thereby make women equal and powerful partners in nation building.
