MoU with Pahare Vedike, Karwar
Divekar College of Commerce, Karwar entered into MoU with Pahare Vedike, Karwar on 20th July 2015 with the purpose of fulfilling a common vision of collaborative academic activity and Swachaseva programme in college campus. Through this MoU, both the Institutes aim to collaboratively conduct workshops and share faculty for doing cleaning activities and material resources.
MoU with Karwar Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
An MoU was signed on 10th December 2019 with Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Karwar for academic and professional collaborations. The scope of activities under the MoU shall be to organize Seminars/Workshops/ guest lecturers joint research projects and they will provide projects/training for students of D.C.C.
MoU with DISTRICT INDUSTRIES CENTER, KARWAR.
Divekar College of Commerce, Karwar signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the District industries Center, Karwar on 15th February 2015. The MOU explores possibilities between the parties on possible collaborations on various research projects, joint organization of seminars and conferences, guestlecturers, workshops and exchange of faculties and students andprovide projects/training career guidance programmes for students of D.C.C. that fall in the line with company’s projects and products and even arrange for industrial visits and also other professional, technical and academic collaboration benefitting both the institution. The MOU gives vast opportunities for Divekar college of Commerce to work with District Industries Center, Karwar.
MoU with DAYASAGAR EDUCATION SOCIETY’s (R) (Dlus10N)
- MOTHER TERESA FREE FOOD FOR THE HUNGER SERVICES, KARWAR.
Divekar College of Commerce, Karwar entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with DAYASAGAR EDUCATION SOCIETY’s (R) (Dlus10N), ST. MOTHER TERESA FREE FOOD FOR THE HUNGER SERVICES, KARWAR on 1st August, 2018 to take part in the process of “Feed the Hungry Mission” And they will organise guest lectures, workshops, seminars and other programmes and the K.W.T., D.C.C Students and staff will participate in social services with Dayasagar Education Society’s and they will feed, contribute, donate and distributing and serving food to hungry. The K.W.T., D.C.C. shall provide free meals to the needy persons with the help of ST. MOTHER TERESA FREE FOOD FOR THE HUNGER SERVICES, KARWAR.
MoU with BAJAJ FINANCE LIMITED
An Agreement on Mutual Academic and Educational Cooperation was signed with BAJAJ FINSERV LIMITED on 12th March 2021 and till end of March 31,2024.The objective of this agreement is to foster collaboration between the two Institutions in the field of Management and FINSERV and the PARTNER INSTITUTE shall conduct, for the eligible students and alumni of the PARTNER INSTITUTE, a Certificate Programme in Banking, Finance and Insurance viz. CPBFI, covering industry overview and product knowledge relevant for roles in banks, NBFCs, life insurance and general insurance companies, communication and other workplace skills. CPBFI shall be conducted through classroom training (hereinafter referred to as CPBFI—CI.ASSROOM), online training (hereinafter referred to as CPBFI—ONLINE) or a combination of classroom and online training (hereinafter referred to as CPBFI-BLENDED).They shall issue a “Certificate of Completion” in “Certificate Programme in Banking, finance and) insurance” to the eligible students of CPBF)-CLASSROOM and CPBFI-BLENDED.
MoU with Kanara Welfare Trust Gokhale Centenary College Campus, National Highway-17.
Divekar College of Commerce, Karwar entered into a Collaborative Agreement with Prime Career Takeoff PVT Ltd, Bangalore on19th July 2019 at Karwar. The specific purpose of this collaboration is to provide most in Demand and Employability skills to students and career aspirants closing the skill gaps between Education and Employment. The Cooperation under this MOU is expected to be for a period of five years. In the interest of mutual benefits and training success, both the parties will share business information on regular basis via email given above and act in an open manner promoting transparency. Under this agreement Prime Career Takeoff PVT Ltd is conducting CA/CS/CMA Foundation Course for the betterment of students.
